The Problem of Unsafe Water in Pakwach District

Did you know? Nearly 60% of Pakwach District residents lacked access to clean water when we started our work in 2021, with women and children walking about an hour round trip to collect contaminated river water.
The consequences? Waterborne diseases, missed school days, and economic hardships.
